Louis Vuitton will present its next cruise show in Barcelona on Thursday, May 23, one of multiple activations it is planning in the city this year, the house announced Tuesday.

Barcelona is the venue for the 37th Louis Vuitton America's Cup, the oldest international sporting competition held in any sport, dating back to 1851. Previously, Vuitton has held its cruise shows in iconic buildings such as; the Oscar Niemeyer Museum of Contemporary Art in Niterói; IM Pei's Miho Museum, near Kyoto; the Salk Institute in California and Isola Bella in Lake Maggiore, among others.

So far, Vuitton has not revealed the location of its next show in Barcelona.
