LG MoodUP and designer duo Gauri and Nainika partner for LFW India

LG MoodUP collaborated with designer duo Gauri and Nainika for an unconventional presentation at the recent Lakme Fashion Week (LFW) in association with FDCI. It was an on-trend look that not only brought a dazzling array of LG MoodUP-inspired colors but also revealed a stylish luxury from Gauri and Nainika's Fall/Winter 2024 collection.

The history of the print was a vivid explosion of color and bold floral designs. It was fascinating to watch the oversized peony blossoms as they danced in joyful abundance with the intricate patterns of rose vines. The color chart played with deep pink, deep yellow and soft pink, while fuchsia and bottle green provided variety. Gauri and Nainika's favorites such as red, ivory and black ensured that the color palette remained regal and majestic, the company said in a press release.

At the recent Lakme Fashion Week, LG MoodUP collaborated with designers Gauri and Nainika to present a collection inspired by the vibrant colors of LG's new product. The show featured a luxurious palette, with opulent fabrics and intricate embellishments, reflecting the duo's signature style. The collection included voluminous dresses and structured dresses.

When choosing the fabric, the designers opted for opulence. Raw silks and duchess satins sparkled on the runway and made striking statements of style and wealth. An occasional glamorous creation was designed in royal velvet to fit the look of formal, unapologetic elegance. The jewel tones of the creations were dotted with intricate crystal and pearl embellishments, elevating the look to a stunning level.

Added stunning voluminous dresses and structured midi dresses that glided down the runway. The shirt dresses had an interesting fluidity, while the crepe brought a new dimension to the line. Chiffon came in to add that delicate touch of charm to the collection. Incorporating more silhouette options, the couple created an innovative look for the corsets, featuring ruffles, crystal embroidery, and highlighted them with 3D flowers.

Taapsee Pannu put on a sensational show, as she glided in a crystal-trimmed black velvet fishtail dress and a matching floor-length black cape.

“We are delighted to have collaborated with LG MoodUP for this Lakme Fashion Week in association with FDCI. The collaboration extends beyond the vibrant colors inspired by its new refrigerator concept. The modern and elegant design of the refrigerator, with its timeless luxury and elegance, reflects the spirit of Gauri & Nainika's Fall Winter 2024 collection. Just as the refrigerator seamlessly integrates innovation and sophistication, the garments effortlessly combine classic silhouettes with contemporary style. “The synergy between their aesthetic and Gauri & Nainika’s fashion narrative underlines a shared commitment to fusing design with timeless elegance.” designers Gauri and Nainika saying.

“Walking for Gauri and Nainika at Lakme Fashion Week in association with FDCI was an exhilarating experience. It is a true honor for me to be a part of the launch of the LG MoodUP Refrigerator and take center stage as a spectacular protagonist in Gauri and Nainika’s spectacular display.” Taapsee Pannu, the showsaying.
