Italian company Brunello Cucinelli's revenue soars 23.9% in FY23

Italian fashion house Brunello Cucinelli has announced its preliminary revenues for fiscal year 2023 (FY23), reaching a record €1,139.5 million. The company points out that this turnover is the highest in its history, exceeding the milestone of 1.1 billion euros in revenue.

In terms of sales channels, the retail channel accounted for 65.5 percent of total revenue, which included around 10 percent within luxury department stores. The wholesale channel contributed 34.5 percent of the total. The retail channel alone generated revenue of €746.7 million, a significant increase of 30.2 percent compared to 2022. Asia showed notable growth with revenue of €306.8 million, a substantial increase of 40.4 percent compared to 2022, and contributed 26.9 percent of total sales.

Revenue for the fourth quarter (Q4) amounted to €321 million, up 15.6 percent from the fourth quarter of FY22.
