Hugo's head of Germany appoints Stephan Sturm as a new supervision chair

At the annual general meeting of Hugo Boss AG, Stephan Sturm (61), president of the Board of the Heinz Hermann Thiele Family Foundation, Andreas Kurali (59), Independent Commercial Consultant and Michael Murray (35), CEO of Phrase Group, were chosen as new members of the Supervision Board. Therefore, they happen to Hermann Waldemer, Gaetano MarchTto and Robin J. Stalker. Re-elected to office were Iris Epple-Right, Luca MarchTto and Christina Rosenberg.

In the AGM of Hugo Boss, Stephan Sturm, Andreas Kurali and Michael Murray were chosen for the Supervision Board, happening to Hermann Waldemer, Gaetano MancoTto and Robin J Stalker. Sturm was appointed president, after Waldemer's five -year mandate. Sturm brings extensive leadership experience of Fresenius and Lufthansa and aims to help boost the future success of Hugo Boss.

In its subsequent meeting, the Supervision Board elected Stephan Sturm as the new president of the Board. Hermann Waldemer happens, who held the position since 2020, and had previously been a member of the Hugo Boss Supervision Board since 2015. His mandate ended after the official five -year possession with the conclusion of today's general general meeting today.

Stephan Sturm worked for Forenius Group for 18 years, first as financial director, and since 2016 as executive director. During his time with Fresenius, he also served as president of the supervision boards of Freenenius Medical Care and Freenenius Kabi. Between 2015 and 2021, Stephen Sturm was a member of the Lufthansa Supervision Board, where he recently presided over the Audit Committee. Since April 2025 he has been a member of the Knorr-Bremse Supervision Board.
