As part of this transformation, Kerstin Dorst will take on the newly created position of senior vice president of the women's fashion business unit from January 15, reporting to HUGO BOSS sales director and deputy CEO Oliver Timm. Dorst joins HUGO BOSS from Tory Burch, where he spent more than 10 years in New York and played a key role in the growth of the brand's core collection and sportswear. Prior to Tory Burch, he worked at Adidas for over five years in Germany and Asia, helping to launch the brand's premium SLVR sportswear line, among others. In his new role, Dorst will also oversee the creative direction of the womenswear collections, working closely with Marco Falcioni, creative director of HUGO BOSS.
Hugo Boss is introducing separate menswear and womenswear business units to strengthen the gender-specific experience, unlock synergies and support its CLAIM 5 TOUCHDOWN growth strategy. Kerstin Dorst will join as senior vice president of the women's fashion business unit from January 15, reporting to Oliver Timm, while Christian Schwinn continues to lead men's fashion at Boss and Hugo.
