Fashion for Good's change in strategy involves the closure and transformation of the museum

Sustainability and ethics-focused platform Fashion for Good (FFG) has revealed a shift in strategy “to enable widespread adoption and scale of regenerative fashion innovations.”

It includes “a significant commitment to strengthen the Innovation Platform and deepen efforts in brand adoption, supplier integration, financing and impact measurement.”

As part of the move, it will close its Fashion for Good Museum in Amsterdam and, starting in June, “will evolve into an expanded mixed-use and coworking space.”

The group said the change “underscores Fashion for Good's commitment to fostering deeper collaboration among its community of changemakers in the sustainable fashion industry.”

The Museum's final exhibition is presented as a “grand finale around circularity and is scheduled to open its doors at the end of January.”

Last year, FFG conducted more than 100 interviews with “brands, innovators, manufacturers, investors, industry experts, NGOs, universities and critics, to gain a comprehensive view of their work and its potential for impact.”

As a result, it is now establishing a dedicated scaling team to “provide tailored support for winning innovations focused on brand acceptance, supplier integration, financing and impact measurement.”

And I amLaunch the Strategic Supplier Program to “actively engage brands’ key suppliers in scaling and implementing promising innovations and orchestrating supply and demand.”

Investment support is also being stepped up to cover all stages of innovation and types of capital. And it aims to continue educating the public sharing insights, learnings and demonstrating proof points, amplifying our voice on industry innovations and change through our own channels and media partnerships.”
