Dior has appointed the famous French chef Yannick Alléno to be the culinary king of the Monsieur Dior restaurant in 30 Montaigne, the careless badge of Paris of the brand. His new role will begin this Tuesday, September 16.
A three -star Michelin chef, Alléno, will also be responsible for the Pâtisserie, renowned “LE Jardin”, and the coffee: three places dedicated to that French specialty, the art of living, located in the house that saw the birth of the fashion house in 1946.
Very gastronomic revolutionary, there is recognized for reinventing French cuisine by using innovative techniques such as fermentation, extraction and cryoconcentration to raise sauces and capture the essence of flavors.

Alléno began to attract attention as the chef of the Meurice of the five -star hotel in Paris before collaborating with Bernard Arnault, the CEO of LVMH, which controls Dior, at the 1947 restaurant in Cheval Blanc Courchevel, another brand inside the luxury conglomerate.
“What would Christian Dior do if I created a restaurant today?” Alléno wondered before creating an exclusive menu for Dior.

Its new menu is designed as a collection, where forms and textures echo the discharge universe, archives and dior appearance. Key inspirations include nature and flowers, on which Monsieur Dior was so passionate.
Yannick Alléno is, in 2025, the most starry chef Michelin in the world, with 18 restaurants crowned with 17 stars in the Michelin guide. Monsieur Dior becomes the nineteenth establishment under its direction.
