Koma will unveil his first menswear ideas at a presentation on Saturday afternoon, June 15, the second day of the five-day runway season in Milan.

An atmospheric red and black image of a young man captured standing next to a window on the invitation indicates that the presentation will take place in via Balilla, in the south center of Milan.

Koma has combined masculine and feminine elements in several recent shows in London, notably a Marlene Dietrich-inspired collection in February 2023, where she showed masculine shirt dresses; black leather spy coats and boyfriend blazers.

Born in Tbilisi, Georgia, Koma studied fine arts in St Petersburg before moving to London in 2003 to study at Central Saint Martins.

After graduating, she opened her own house in 2009 and has since shown women's clothing at London Fashion Week, attracting notable clients such as Beyoncé, Dua Lipa, Scarlett Johansson and Jennifer Lopez.

Known for his form-fitting silhouettes, sculptural shapes and advanced fabrics with couture finishes, Koma was also creative director of Mugler in Paris. Position he held for five years until December 2017.

His collection is featured in the official men's fashion calendar of the Camera della Moda, the governing body of Italian fashion; and her collection will be one of the most anticipated of the season.
