British group Frasers Group announces the retirement of its director David Brayshaw

Frasers Group (“Frasers” or the “Group”) announces that David Brayshaw, Non-Executive Director, has retired from the Board after almost eight years of service. This decision will take effect from 12 August.

David Daly, Chairman, said: “With over thirty years' experience as a senior commercial and investment banker, David has made an invaluable contribution to the firm. On behalf of the Board, I would like to sincerely thank him for his efforts.”

Frasers Group announces the retirement of non-executive director David Brayshaw after almost eight years of service, effective from 12 August. Chairman David Daly praised Brayshaw’s invaluable contributions, citing his more than thirty years of experience. The Board of Directors now comprises the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Sporting Officer, five non-executive directors and a Chief People Officer.

The Board of Directors currently comprises: Michael Murray, Chief Executive; Chris Wootton, Chief Financial Officer; David Al-Mudallal, Chief Operating Officer; Ger Wright, Chief Sport Officer; David Daly, Non-Executive Chairman of the Board; Nicola Frampton, Non-Executive Director; Richard Bottomley, Non-Executive Director; Helen Wright, Non-Executive Director; Sir Jon Thompson, Non-Executive Director; and Cally Price, Non-Executive Director, Personnel and Employee Representative.
