Art in the store
Accessories include handcrafted sculptural furniture inspired by British abstract art of the 1960s and the creative rescue movement of the 1980s.
Additionally, the store's concrete floor adapts the style of traditional mosaic floors typically found in Italy. It features a skillfully handcrafted marble mosaic in the shape of Burberry's equestrian knight design.
Equestrian Knight Inspirations
Presented as part of the Winter 2023 collection, the Knight bag is a versatile, softly structured bag made in Italy from natural grain calfskin, suede or sheepskin. The clip hardware is a play on the Equestrian Knight Design (EKD), the winning entry from a public competition from around 1901.
The Rocking Horse bag is also inspired by Burberry's EKD and has a fun shape reminiscent of the beloved children's toy. The bag features a distinctive “b” shaped closure and comes with a versatile leather strap.
Latest trench styles
The new men's and women's trench coats feature a variety of fabrics, including a moody cotton twill inspired by 1940s designs that is woven with contrasting yarns for an iridescent effect, along with styles in the signature rainproof trench coat from Burberry, like Castleford. Lined with seasonal checks and crafted in an oversized fit with raglan sleeves, the Castleford debuted at Daniel Lee's debut Winter 2023 show.
