British brand Burberry appoints Stella King as director

Burberry Group plc (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the following changes to the Board of Directors:

Stella King has been appointed to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Nominations Committee, with effect from 1 April 2025.

Stella currently works at Moncler, where she joined thirteen years ago, in 2011, as President of Asia Pacific. In January 2022 she assumed the role of Chinese commercial director and will leave that position on December 31, 2024. She also served as non-executive director of Stone Island, a Moncler subsidiary, between March 2021 and April 2024. At the beginning of her career, Stella served as president of Asia Pacific for Sergio Rossi and also held several management positions at Lane Crawford in mainland China.

The Company confirms that there is no further information to disclose in accordance with LR 6.4.8 R in relation to the appointment of Stella King.

Fabiola Arredondo and Antoine de Saint-Affrique will retire from the Board as non-executive directors following the Annual General Meeting to be held in July 2025.

Fabiola has served as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees since her appointment on March 10, 2015. She was Chair of the Remuneration Committee and has also served as a member of the Audit Committee. Antoine joined the Board on January 1, 2021 and since that date has been a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees. Fabiola and Antoine will remain members of the committee until their retirement from the Board.
