Guess, INC has appointed Alberto Toni as CFO, from his next quarterly report, expected in mid -June. Toni, currently CFO in FLOS B&B Italy Group, will happen to the interim financial director Dennis Secor, who is still EVP until September 12, 2025 to support the transition.
