Dominik Mysterio knew exactly what he was getting into when he turned on his father in the middle of the WWE ring and eventually teamed up with the Judgment Day faction on RAW.

What the son of WWE legend Rey Mysterio didn't anticipate was how visceral the fan reaction would be. When he climbed onto Rhea Ripley's arm and then had Liv Morgan jump into his arms, the boos grew louder. So loud that Mysterio couldn't even begin to talk trash into the microphone.

“I was expecting some booing because obviously what I'm doing is despicable. Excuse my language, but I'm a piece of s—,” he told Fox News Digital before his match at the Bash in Berlin. “I enjoy it. I love it. But I didn't expect to get booed the way they do for as long and as loud as they do.”

“So, that's definitely been a big surprise to me. But again, I think it's just how I carry myself. People just don't like me. They hate me because I'm not me.”
