The women's college volleyball season is in its final stretch. We will provide weekly updates on the field of 64 until the selection committee officially reveals it on November 30 (6 p.m. ET, ESPN).
There are 31 automatic bids with 33 at-large teams chosen by the NCAA volleyball committee. Volleyball fields the top eight teams from each region, with the top four from each region serving as hosts for the first and second rounds. The rest of the group is completed to balance it competitively and geographically. The remaining top seeds also host the regionals, with the 2025 Final Four taking place in Kansas City, Missouri, on December 18 and the finals on December 21.

support watch
Halloween weekend was scary for previously undefeated Texas with a pair of losses. The Longhorns lost control of the SEC race after falling to Texas A&M in five sets and then suffered a sweep to Kentucky. That further solidified Nebraska's place as the No. 1 team in the country. The Cornhuskers, who haven't lost a set since mid-September, are the only undefeated team left in the country. Meanwhile, Texas did not drop from the top line. With a No. 2 RPI ranking, the highest-rated schedule in the country and eight top-25 wins in RPI, the Longhorns remain a firm No. 1 seed. The Wildcats' win catapulted them to the top. Kentucky is undefeated in conference play with four games left.

bubble clock
Marquette fell to the edge of the bubble with losses in three of its last four. Auburn reeled off three wins since the last Bracketology to sneak into the field. With Texas A&M and Texas on next week's schedule, the Tigers' stay on the field could be brief. Cincinnati lost three times to likely NCAA Tournament teams (Kansas, Baylor and TCU) to fall out of the field, but with Colorado, Iowa State and Arizona State still to come, the chances of a comeback are plentiful.
Last four to arrive: Illinois, Michigan State, Auburn, Marquette
First four out: Cincinnati, State of Florida, Villanova, Arizona
Next four eliminated: Oregon, Georgia, Utah, Tulsa
