Three-time MLB All-Star and current Chicago White Sox television analyst Ozzie Guillen didn't mince words when talking about umpire Hunter Wendelstedt.
Wendelstedt ejected White Sox interim manager Grady Sizemore in the sixth inning of a 9-0 White Sox loss to the Baltimore Orioles on Tuesday for arguing over balls and strikes, prompting Guillen to go on a rampage.
“I wish I could have punched him in the face,” Guillen said of Wendelstedt during the postgame show on NBC Sports Chicago.

“He's the first guy that's ever thrown me out of a major league game for no reason. His dad was a legend. I told him, 'You know what? You're not a pain in your dad's ass.' I told him that.”
Wendelstedt is the son of Harry Wendelstedt Jr., who was an umpire for 33 seasons, from 1966 to 1998.
Guillén played in the majors from 1985 to 2000, coinciding with Major Wendelstedt as a player.
Hunter Wendelstedt has been umpiring MLB games since 1998 and worked most closely with Guillen during his managerial career from 2004 to 2012.

Guillén was not content with wishing he had punched Wendelstedt in the face.
“The guy is bad. Look how fat he is. He should be ashamed of himself for wearing that uniform,” Guillén said.
It's been a tough season for the White Sox. Their loss on Tuesday was their 12th straight, making it their third losing streak of 12 or more games this season.
They have a record of 31-109 and are heading towards the worst season in baseball history.

Sizemore has a 3-19 record since taking over.
The White Sox will look to avoid their 13th straight loss when they face the Baltimore Orioles on Wednesday.
