“She's very self-aware. She understands situations like that and I think that's why I started to fall in love with her, because of how genuine she is with friends and family. It can get crazy for someone with that much attention and she just keeps it “. She's so calm, so cool and I can admire it,” she explained.
The Kansas City Chiefs star explained that he was ready to put up all sorts of smokescreens to get Swift to Arrowhead Stadium when he first visited.
TRAVIS KELCE REVEALS DAD CONSULTS WITH HIM AFTER READING TAYLOR SWIFT'S RELATIONSHIP RUMORS ON FACEBOOK
“The first game she went to against the Bears, I thought, ‘Hey, yeah, I can probably set you up with everything.’ And she just walked in the front door,” he said. “She was like, 'I want to be around family and friends and experience this with everyone.' I was like, she got points for that. I was like, damn, she's in the loop, she wants to be a part of this, “She wants to support me and do things like that. She really won me over with that.”
Kelce went on to say that the “craziest” part of the relationship is the increased attention and how their privacy is starting to diminish.
“You want to keep things private, but at the same time, I'm not here to hide anything,” he said. “That's my girl, you know what I mean? That's my lady, so I'm proud of that. I'm not sitting here trying to juggle like, 'How can I keep this a secret?'
“You just don't want to let everyone into your personal life and comment on it, knowing that everything she does is making headlines.”
