TOP STORY: Premier League clubs are stalking Mazraoui

Manchester United and West Ham United are interested in signing the Bayern Munich defender Noussair Mazraouiaccording to Florian Plettenberg of Sky Sports Deutschland.

The 26-year-old has reportedly emerged as a priority target for both Premier League clubs and while Bayern initially demanded €30m for the right-back, the Bavarian side have since lowered their valuation. Instead, Bayern are reported to be pushing for a fee of between €20m and €25m.

Mazraoui is under contract with the German giants until 2026, meaning Bayern are not under much financial pressure to offload the defender this summer. However, the Moroccan international only made 15 starts in the Bundesliga last season, which could see Bayern decide to ease his exit. A departure would allow Bayern to secure vital funds that could allow them to secure their own transfer targets for new coach Vincent Kompany.

Manchester United have reportedly been interested in adding a right-back throughout the summer. The Red Devils have previously been linked with the Bayer Leverkusen right-back. Jeremie FrimpongHowever, Mazraoui has now established himself as an alternative.
