MAIN STORY: Palace ace Guehi in demand
Liverpool weighing up summer strategy for Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehibut the Reds could face competition from Manchester United, The Telegraph reports.
Guehi is under contract at Selhurst Park until 2026, however the chances of the 23-year-old renewing his contract with the south London side are reportedly low, which could see Palace part ways with the defender this summer.
Liverpool are reportedly interested in securing a deal for the England international, but rivals Manchester United could also do something. The outlet says that if Dan Ashworth joins the Red Devils as sporting director, the chances of United attempting to lure Guehi to Old Trafford could increase, with Ashworth previously plotting a move for the player to Newcastle United.
Meanwhile, with Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp set to leave the club at the end of the season, it is suggested that the search for Guehi will depend on any new appointments the club make. As well as Manchester United, Liverpool's interest could rival that of Guehi's former club Chelsea.
The report reveals that Chelsea are believed to have a “suitable option” for any approach to the Cobham graduate and, with Thiago Silva The Blues, who will leave Stamford Bridge in the summer, could be tempted to make an offer.

– Chelsea and Arsenal could approach the Internazionale striker Lautaro Martinez, reveals TeamTalk. Inter are reportedly desperate to secure a new contract for the 26-year-old, however both Chelsea and Arsenal are monitoring the situation ahead of the summer. Martínez has shone this season for Inter, scoring 23 goals in all competitions.
– Manchester United, Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain prepare initial offers for the Bayern Munich striker Mathys Telsuggests Ekrem Konur. The 18-year-old has been linked with a move away from the Bavarian team after struggling to secure regular first-team action.
– Several clubs are monitoring the Lille midfielder Angel Gomez before the summer transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano. The 23-year-old former Manchester United midfielder has impressed in France this season, contributing five assists in 21 Ligue 1 games.
– Barcelona are interested in the VfB Stuttgart midfielder raúl paula, reveals Bild. Many clubs in Europe have tipped the 20-year-old as a player with a bright future, and the report suggests that Barcelona, along with Premier League clubs and other teams in Germany, are scouting the youngster.
– Paris Saint-Germain is interested in the midfielder Warren Zaire-Emery and extreme Xavi Simon are the “faces of their future project”, however, a new agreement for the latter has not yet been discussed, according to Fabrizio Romano. While Zaire-Emery is expected to agree a new deal with the French champions, Simons' future remains unclear. The 20-year-old is currently on loan at RB Leipzig.
