Tom Brady has responded to former NFL rival Eli Manning, who joined the Wrexham fanbase ahead of the Welsh side's game against Birmingham City on Monday by boasting about their Super Bowl success.
Brady, who has a 3.3% stake in Birmingham, was called up by Manning on Friday, with the former New York Giants quarterback selected by Wrexham co-owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, according to an official club announcement.
Manning commented on the post, saying: “Now I can beat @tombrady at football! Go @wrexham_afc!”
Brady responded with a video shared on his official X account where he is seen brandishing a Super Bowl trophy and addressed McElhenney directly.

“I've been working on a little response video to Eli and I've been looking around the house but I can't find the other six of these. [trophies].
“Rob, could you explain a bit of NFL history to the Wrexham fans? Thanks mate. See you on Monday.”
Brady won seven Super Bowls in his illustrious football career, while Manning claimed the sport's most coveted award twice, beating Brady and the New England Patriots on both occasions.
Monday's clash at St Andrew's in Birmingham, England, pits two unbeaten teams in League One. Wrexham are top of English football's third tier with four wins and one draw, while Birmingham have played four games and have three wins and one draw.
The game has been unofficially dubbed “The Hollywood Derby.”
