Tom Brady proves he's human with nightmarish tee shot at Pebble Beach Pro-Am

Turns out Tom Brady is one of us.

We have all been there.

You're getting ready to hit a drive deep in the fairway and the ball almost goes nowhere.

Brady, despite being a single-digit deficit, had that moment on Friday.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion may want to return to football after what he accomplished Friday at Pebble Beach.

Brady was playing in the Pro-Am at the famed Bay Area golf course when he pulled out his driver, ready to hit one.

He almost swings and misses completely.

Brady spiked the ball, causing it to bounce directly in front of his tee, and the ball still rolled a few feet in front of him.

He clearly wasn't excited.

Brady has impressed on the field before, holing out during “The Match” in 2020 from over 100 yards, prompting some rude conversations with Charles Barkley.

“Take advantage of that, Chuck,” Brady said.

Barkley will probably have the last laugh after Brady's botched tee shot.

Eight-handicap Brady is paired with Keegan Bradley in the tournament.
