Jude Bellingham has been announced as the cover athlete for EA SPORTS FC™ 25, ahead of the game’s global launch in September this year.
The Real Madrid and England star is the youngest player to appear on the game’s global cover. Bellingham will also be the featured athlete on the cover of EA FC 25 Mobile.
The cover of the EA FC 25 Standard Edition was created using the iconic image of Bellingham, at the Bernabeu in a Real Madrid shirt, posing in his famous celebration, nicknamed 'Belligol'.
For the cover of EA FC 25 Ultimate Edition, Bellingham appears alongside Barcelona Women's Ballon d'Or winner Aitana Bonmatí and football icons David Beckham, Zinedine Zidane and Gianluigi Buffon.
The 21-year-old won the Champions League, La Liga and La Liga Player of the Season awards with Real Madrid last season, as well as reaching the European Championship final in Germany with England.
“I played this game with my brother all the time growing up, and I always thought how awesome it would be to one day appear on the cover,” Bellingham said.
“There have been many iconic players on the cover over the years, and I'm delighted to be the latest English player to receive this honour since 2011.
“It's also a real honour for me to appear on the cover of Ultimate Edition alongside true legends of the game, both past and present, such as Beckham, Bonmatí, Buffon and Zidane.”
