LaLiga side Rayo Vallecano confirmed on Monday the signing of Colombian captain James Rodríguez on a free transfer.
It will be the 33-year-old's second stint in the Spanish capital after playing for Real Madrid from 2014 to 2020.
Rodriguez has also played on loan at Bayern Munich, Everton, Al Rayyan and Olympiacos. He provided six assists for Colombia in the Copa America, before his side lost to Argentina in the final.
Rodriguez played for Brazilian side São Paulo last season and was named player of the tournament at this summer's Copa America.
