Montero, who coaches the Juventus under-19 team, will coach the remaining two matches, in Bologna on Monday and against Monza at home on May 26.
The 52-year-old Uruguayan won four Serie A titles playing for Juventus as a defender between 1996 and 2005.
“Paolo is a Juventus legend, first on the pitch, and someone who has long carried the Club's DNA on the bench,” the club said in a statement.
Juventus is fourth in Serie A, tied on points with Bologna, third.
