With Hope Springing Eternal at Old Trafford once again before the new Premier League season, Manchester United has launched its Away Kit for the 2025-26 campaign.
Perhaps symbolic of a new beginning, the shirt is almost a literal clean slate, with a predominantly white base that provides the weakest of the weakest of graphic superpositions.
The holder from the point of view of the design is that United has once again reviewed the popular “snowflake” pattern that was first used in its classic 1990-92 visitor kit and has become something basic since then, especially when it comes to the various lines of the street club inspired by retro and casual clothing.
Although the new shirt is fundamentally the same color as its ancestor of the early 1990s, the last renewal of the United snowflake sees the old irregular graph on the entire shirt and the flakes in themselves chosen in a weak Lilac tone that seems to shine with a metal effect.
Everything is very delicate and delicate, with a minimum added adjustment in a dark and feathensive contrasting but complementary tone that has been used for the stripes through the shoulders and the simple neck design in V.
We have the feeling that the new United Away kit is ready to divide the opinion between the fan base, but at least, it is always good to see that the old classics give a new lease in life, even if it results in a pale imitation of the original.
