Matches at 1:00 pm (US Eastern Time)

Ian Thomas, TE, Central African Republic: Calf — OUT/GO
Impact: Tommy Tremble (hamstring) is also out, leaving little reason to turn to Carolina for any TE needs.

Keenan Allen, WR, CHI: Heel– Questionable
Impact: Expect to see the veteran play, but don't be surprised if rookie Rome Odunze gets a lot of attention.

Ja'Marr Chase, wide receiver, CIN: Disease — Questionable
Impact: I had been practicing, but now things seem very uncertain.

Tee Higgins, wide receiver, CIN: Hamstring — Doubtful
Impact: Andrei Iosivas gets a big bump in value, with Trenton Irwin and Charlie Jones also in the mix for more options.

Josh Downs, WR, IND: Ankle — OUTSIDE
Impact: Adonai Mitchell moves up the depth chart to No. 2 WR status.

Matt Gay, K, IND: Hernia– Questionable
Impact: Spencer Shrader was promoted from the practice squad, so it's likely he'll get the call.

Malik Washington, WR, missing in action: Quadruple — OUTSIDE
Impact: Braxton Berrios will likely slide comfortably into the team's No. 3 WR role.

Antonio Gibson, running back, Nebraska: Hip — Questionable
Impact: Rhamondre Stevenson is expected to get the majority of the RB touches, even though Gibson says he will try to play.

In Perry, RB, NO: Hand — Questionable
Impact: Missed a pair of practices late in the week. Rashid Shaheed and Cedrick Wilson Jr. get small increases in value.

Russell Wilson, quarterback, PIT: Calf — Questionable
Impact: Wilson traveled to Atlanta, so there's optimism he'll be healthy enough to play, if needed. However, Justin Fields is expected to start.

Roman Wilson, WR, PIT: Ankle — OUTSIDE
Impact: The rookie won't debut in Week 1. Ben Skowronek could have some targets.

DeAndre Hopkins, WR, TEN: Knee — Questionable
Impact: He's been limited in practice all week but will reportedly attempt to play despite suffering a torn MCL in late July.

Matches at 4:00 pm Eastern Time

CeeDee Lamb, wide receiver, dal: NFI List — Activated
Impact: Dallas made the expected procedural move this week to allow its top wide receiver to start in Week 1.

DJ Chark Jr., WR, LAC: Hip — OUT/GO
Impact: Rookie WR Ladd McConkey will get a chance to shine early.

Pharaoh Brown, TE, SEA: Foot — OUTSIDE
Impact: Noah Fant (toe) was injured earlier in the week but should be fine to start.

Tyler Lockett, wide receiver, SEA: Hermetic — Questionable
Impact: After a full practice on Friday, Lockett looks good to start Sunday.

Trey Palmer, wide receiver, TB: Concussion– Questionable
Impact: Even if he passes the league's concussion protocol, he'll likely still be behind Jalen McMillan on the depth chart.

Marcus Mariota, QB, WAS: Chest — OUT/GO
Impact: Jeff Driskel will be the backup to rookie starting QB Jayden Daniels.
