Durham, NC – Duke hired Corey Muscara as his baseball coach on Thursday, a little more than a week after Chris Pollard left after 13 seasons to take charge in Virginia.
The Blue Devils reached four super regional NCAA and won two tournament titles of the Atlantic Coast Conference under Pollard.
Muscara spent the last four seasons as an assistant at Wake Forest, which included Demon Deacons's trip to the World Series College in 2023. He worked with the team of pitchers.
His previous training stops included Maryland and St. John's.
