Alex Rodríguez makes a half -court shot, wins the Bucknell $ 10K student


Lewisburg, Pa. – The former Major League baseball star, Alex Rodríguez, showed her hardwood skill on Sunday, shooting half court to win a Bucknell student $ 10,000.

The 14 times All-Star was invited to take the shot for part time of Bucknell basketball game against the army, which the bison won 84-53. The 49 -year -old man launched a high -arc shot that boarded the board and through the hoop, triggering a celebration with the students.

The three -time MVP was in Bucknell to talk about the jump platforms of his company, which he founded with two other entrepreneurs, Jordy Leiser and Marc Lore. Lore and Leiser graduated from Bucknell, and Leiser is an administrator. Rodríguez is trying to buy a majority participation in the Minnesota Timberwolves with the tradition.

Rodríguez hit 696 career homers with Seattle sailors, Texas Rangers and the New York Yankees.
