The Paris Olympic Games are underway and several medals have already been awarded.
At the start of Tuesday's session, the United States led the standings with a total of 20 medals. Although it only won three gold medals, the Americans have won eight silver medals and nine bronze medals.
Here are the Americans who have won medals during the 2024 Olympics so far.
