Zendesk Sell can give businesses full visibility into reporting and analytics so users can plan, track, and analyze their sales process. With pipeline visibility, users can access accurate forecasts to predict deal volume and revenue growth, as well as advanced analytics. The pipeline analytics feature analyzes the progression of leads and deals to quickly identify bottlenecks at each stage of the pipeline and take immediate action.

Auto dialer

Sales reps can use custom call lists that automatically go through prospects or customers to quickly contact them. Whether for follow-up meetings, cold calling, or prospecting, this can reduce time spent dialing and increase productivity. After each call ends, the user will receive a pop-up with a call summary where they can record the outcome of the call and any relevant notes. Users can also create tasks and reminders before moving on to the next call.

Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is a powerful collaborative CRM software. With its 360-degree view of customer profiles and automation processes, businesses can manage all sales activities from lead generation to deal closing. While Zendesk Sell can integrate with some social networks, Zoho CRM’s omnichannel marketing is comprehensive and ideal for businesses looking to use social media for lead generation.

HubSpot

HubSpot is our top-rated free CRM software. HubSpot offers a robust free version that businesses can implement with a simple onboarding. HubSpot also offers AI-powered tools like conversation intelligence. If you're looking for a tool with robust integrations, I'd recommend HubSpot over Zendesk Sell.

Pipe unit

Pipedrive is a scalable solution with intuitive pipelines and lead management. This makes it a great CRM provider for small businesses. Like Zendesk Sell, Pipedrive doesn’t offer a free lifetime version of its product, but Pipedrive does have more premium plans and features to choose from.
