To the editor: The brilliant film career of Gene Hackman covered decades, but the murky circumstances that surround his tragic death, as well as the death of his wife and one of his dogs, looks a lot like a Hollywood mystery film. However, it is a sad and abrupt end of the successful life of the Oscar's winning and legendary actor. But in the meantime, we hope that police detectives, as well as an autopsy report, can solve the enigma when discovering what caused the three deaths.

To the editor: Waiting to address a flight from the southwest of albuquerque to Burbank, we go into our boarding groups, A, B and C, something like cattle. This was before Southwest introduced numbers into the groups. Then I recognized Gene Hackman, standing patiently in group B. That impressed me; It seemed completely without pretensions.

To the editor: Among many others, the death of Gene Hackman was crying. He was a great Hollywood and deserved an obituary of the first flat. When Alan Arkin died in 2023, his obituary landed without ceremonies in the California section. Like Hackman, Arkin received many awards, including an Oscar. Many of his characters were legendary, and I don't understand why they didn't give him the same praise and first page. He was such a big actor.

To the editor: It saddens me to know about the death of Gene Hackman. One of my favorite actors of all time: an absolute legend, a versatile artist. Hollywood has lost one of his best, but his performances will live forever.
