To the editor: What disappointing that the chamber conservation, research and biotechnology subcommitte“Adorable owl with horns, rescued from a sticky and mortal trap. Will it fly again?” August 16). That good people in the wetland care center and wildlife have rehabilitated 8,600 injured animals is nothing more than a drop in the cube.
Even if one does not like rodents, there is no need to torture them until death. This bill must be reintroduced to protect both wild animals and domestic pets.
