Wiza’s core features can be accessed through a dashboard, Chrome extension, and LinkedIn integration to find, verify, and enrich leads. While not a CRM software per se, Wiza users can export contact information to Excel lists or directly to the CRM platform, backed by an accuracy guarantee. This way, sales reps can begin developing lead nurturing and outreach strategies using Wiza.

Company filters

Users can access more than just their leads’ email address and phone number. Wiza offers additional filters and verified information about job title, position level, location, school, company information, and more. After searching and filtering contacts with verified information in real-time, you can save your searches as lists and export them to CSV or sync them directly to your CRM for even greater reach.

LinkedIn Sales Navigation Tool

Wiza seamlessly connects with LinkedIn and its Sales Navigator tool. Users can search for a prospect’s name in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and click Find Email to reveal verified contact information. Sales reps can search for high-value leads and get their work, personal, and generic emails, in addition to their cell, direct, and work phone numbers.

Free Email Verification

Wiza offers a free online email verification feature that allows users to check if an email address is valid. This will tell the user if the email is likely to bounce or if they have the correct email for a particular lead. Sales reps can quickly copy and paste an address into the tool and verify the contact information before reaching out.

Exporting and synchronizing data

Once users create lists with verified information for leads, prospects, or candidates, they can download a CSV file or sync the list directly to their CRM software. CRM integration is available on the paid Starter, Email, and Email + Phone plans. Wiza can integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Copper, Salesloft, and many other CRM vendors and tools.
