Insightly is a cloud-based customer relationship management software that offers robust project management and productivity tools. Sales pipelines, performance dashboards, and project tracking make it great software for managing entire sales processes, from lead generation to post-sales tasks.
The mobile app associated with Insightly has limitations on offline data access and the free version is only available for up to two users with limited features. This makes it less than ideal for larger or growing organizations that want a scalable CRM solution without paying for a higher tier. Because of this, there are other providers to consider.

Key Features of Insightly
Price and quotation books.
Organizations can create complete records of all the products or services they offer with Insightly's quotes, price lists, and products feature (Figure A). Individual users can then produce branded quotes from templates to configure and price quotes directly within the CRM tool. This allows you to track deals from the center and close them faster.
Project management
With Insightly, sales reps can turn incoming opportunities into real projects with its project and task management features (Figure B). This is a post-sales tool that tags opportunities as won and then transfers all details, records, tasks, and more directly to a new project portfolio. This ensures that those projects and relationships continue to be properly managed and monitored by the right teams.
Performance reports
Insightly offers customizable performance dashboards and reports for organizations to input their unique key performance indicators (Figure C). Users will be able to see key metrics in real time at a glance. Through Insightly's Professional plan, businesses can have up to 100 shareable performance dashboard cards, and on the Business plan, users receive unlimited cards.
Email management
Insightly's email management tool allows users to have complete visibility into customer email interactions (Figure D). With the use of email templates, sales reps can send one-time bulk and lead nurturing emails through email provider integrations. Emails can also be scheduled to be sent at exactly the right time.

However, organization size, goals, and even industry needs are factors to consider when comparing CRM tools.

Visual sales funnels are customizable and allow for team collaboration. By offering five different payment levels, Pipedrive can be scalable to fit any size organization.

Freshsales is another high-powered sales CRM software. Like Insightly, Freshsales also offers a free lifetime version of its solution. Its free tier is limited to three users maximum and also grants limited access to features. Freshsales offers advanced AI-powered tools, including its AI assistant, Freddy. This tool can create and organize sales campaigns and lead scoring and routing.

EngageBay
In addition to sales and marketing solutions, EngageBay offers technical support and live chat software for additional customer service support. The sales CRM tool offers lead management and scoring, as well as a 360-degree view of customer profiles. This helps users get holistic views of customers to design better strategies for engagement points, tasks, and notes.
