William and Kate review their first royal engagement together 15 years later | Lifestyle

Prince William and Princess Kate drove a lifeboat down the Thames in London, as they met RNLI staff and volunteers to raise funds.

It was a trip down memory lane for the couple, as their first official royal engagement took place at an RNLI station in Anglesey in February 2011.

The Prince and Princess of Wales can be seen taking turns at the wheel of the boat, dressed in RNLI life jackets, before enjoying pastries and a cup of hot tea with the organization back on land.

In a post for instagram On Thursday, March 12, the royal wrote: “It was wonderful to meet the crews and hear first-hand about the river rescues.”
