To make the pudding you need the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup of melon
  • A quarter cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts

How to prepare?

  • Take the melon, peel it well and cut it into cubes. Now, in a grinder transfer the chopped fruit and turn it into a thick paste.

  • Transfer the mixture to a glass jar or bowl and add the chia seeds along with the coconut milk. Mix all the ingredients and keep in the refrigerator for two hours. You can also leave it overnight.

  • After the mentioned time, take out the mixture and place the remaining melon pieces on the pudding. Make sure it doesn't sink to the bottom of the utensil. Chop nuts like almonds, cashews, pistachios and any nuts of your choice. Garnish the pudding with chopped nuts and the succulent dessert will be ready to eat.

Another easy summer recipe that you can try at home is refreshing mango pudding. To make this recipe you need ingredients such as digestive biscuits, vanilla ice cream, melted butter and mango pulp.

  • Take the cookies and grind them into a fine powder. Then in a bowl, add the melted butter and mix well, press it evenly onto the bowl and refrigerate it for some time.
  • While it is curdling, make a mango puree by crushing the pulp. Then mix it with the vanilla ice cream.
