Tom Cruise has agreed to perform his divisive act at the competition's closing ceremony in Paris in 2024, but only on two conditions.

Wasserman explained that Winston called him after the Zoom call.

“He says, 'Don't get too excited. He loves doing this stuff, but when his crew realizes how many days of shooting and rehearsals it's going to be, this will never happen.

“I tell you I have it, but it will never happen.” At every step of the way, he became more involved and more committed.

Cruise ended up performing the stunt, however, he seemed to have set the bar too high as some fans thought it was predictable.

“Happy Olympic Closing Ceremony or as it is better known, Tom Cruise is going to do a day of crazy stunts,” one viewer wrote on X/Twitter.

Another called the stunt “totally amazing” and added: “I can just imagine Tom Cruise doing… [something] “So, an informal Tuesday.”
