Kumaon and I Martini
Ingredients:
Kumaon & I Gin 60 ml
Dry vermouth to taste
1 strip of lemon peel, to decorate
Method:
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Add 60 ml of Kumaon & I gin.
Gradually pour in dry vermouth until desired flavor profile is achieved.
Stir the mixture gently until it is diluted to your preferred taste.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
Decorate with a slice of lemon peel.
Serve the martini with a fresh salad with a light vinaigrette or roasted or grilled vegetables for a balanced pairing.
That soft monkey
Ingredients:
Bandarful Liqueur 30 ml
15 ml caramel sauce
15 ml coconut cream
1 marshmallow to decorate
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Add the Bandarful liqueur, caramel sauce and coconut cream.
Shake vigorously until well chilled and combined.
Strain the mixture into an edible waffle kulhad or a glass.
Skewer a marshmallow, heat it with a kitchen blowtorch and garnish the drink.
Enjoy it with artisanal chocolates or a delicious chocolate fondue.
Jin & Tonic with Jin JIJI Indian Dry Gin
Ingredients:
60ml Jin Jiji IDG
Tonic water, to recharge
Fresh orange slices and basil leaves for garnish.
Method:
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Add 60 ml of Jin Jiji IDG.
Fill the glass with cold tonic water.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a slice of fresh orange and basil leaves.
Pair this tasty tall drink with artisanal cheeses and charcuterie to complement the vibrant flavors.
