Farmer Aamirullah Khan, in a conversation with Local 18, revealed that he planted Miyazaki mangoes in his orchard and the result was quite fruitful, with several healthy plants bearing flowers. He mentioned that these plants were capable of bearing fruits every four months, which proves their robust quality. He highlighted that apart from their exceptional taste, these mangoes are also considered beneficial for health. Currently, they can also be found in India in the Mughal Garden.

Increasing farmers' income

Miyazaki mangoes from Japan are known to be quite expensive and are considered to be one of the most expensive mangoes in the world. It is estimated that the price can range between Rs 2.5 to 3 lakh per kilogram. Looking ahead, if farmers can quickly increase the cultivation of this mango variety, they could significantly increase their income.
