Appointment shake
Date Shake is a classic of California originally from Coachella Valley, the land of the palm trees. This creamy preparation is a mixture of vanilla ice cream, dates and milk, creating a refreshing summer drink.
Recipe:
1/2 cup of California dates, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 1/2 vanilla ice cream cups
1/4 teaspoon of land cinnamon
2-4 tablespoons of vegan candy, optional
• Combine drained and soaked dates and almond milk in a blender. Mix to separate the dates into small pieces. Add ice cream and cinnamon. Mix until it is combined.
• Add 1-2 tablespoons of the vegan caramel to the bottom of two high vessels. Divide the dated shake between the glasses. Cover with a pinch of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
Orange Julius

Recipe:
5 The Oranges of California face face and the navel oranges work very well, but any type will. Peel and medulla eliminated.

1/3 cup of whole milk, look for the true Seal of California milk!
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon vanilla paste or vanilla extract
1 cup vanilla ice cream
• Place the peeled oranges on a dish and in the freezer for 30 minutes.
• Combine frozen oranges, ice, milk, honey, vanilla paste and ice cream in a blender and mix until oranges break and everything is combined. Serve immediately.

A version of the French classic 75, Ca 75 is its counterpart in California. A new mixture of foaming wine, California vermouth, simple syrup and lemon juice, the character and body of Ca 75 is high and effervescent. Ca 75 combines well with Brunch and for special occasions.
Recipe
2 ounces (60 ml) dry vermouth
1 ounce (30 ml) newly squeezed lemon juice
1 ounce (30 ml) simple syrup
6 ounces (175 ml) California foamy came
Decora: Lemon Twist (or tape)
• Add the dry vermouth, the lemon juice and the simple syrup to a stirring with ice and beaten until they are fine

• Cover each with foamy wine. Decorate with a touch of lemon/tape.
