Small fish and chainsaw recipe of chicken and leek congee

When the city needed comfort, small fish and chainsaw responded. These two restaurants joined forces to serve thousands of meals to lifeguards and evacuated after the 2025 la Forest fires, including a riff on a family favorite, Congee. Little Fish in Echo Park regularly serves the rice porridge over low heat made with fish or mushrooms, but during these relief efforts, performs a special version with leeks and chicken.
