Raise a glass to the world day of gin with cocktails inspired by nature
Once considered outdated, Gin has shaken his dusty reputation to become the muse of the modern myxologist. His defining character is in his botanical notes: juniper, of course, but also a mixture of herbs, spices, florals and citrus peels that make each gin be unique. From crispy and herbaceous to floral, spicy or citrus, Gin's taste is as wide as seduce.
On World Geneva Day, marked on June 14, Bombay Sapphire introduced a collection of limited editing cocktails, called Jewels Hidden, inspired by some of the most picturesque landscapes in India. Handmade by 50 of the best waiters in the country, drinks have been inspired by the quiet blues of Dal Lake to Jodhpur's vivid blues.

Assam green

Assam Verde is an ode to the Matcha pioneer created on the Assam Chota Tingrai Tea Finca. It begins with a cordial cordial made of matcha, combining the deep umami of Assam Matcha with the brilliant freshness of the mint.
Ingredients
- Bombay Sapphire – 50 ml
- Matcha Mint cordial – 45 ml
- Vegan foam: 3 to 4 drops

Midnight Bloom

Inspired by the mountains with Sikkim's mist, where the rododendros flourish as bursts in the fog, this cocktail was created as a tribute to the quiet beauty of the twilight of the Himalayas.

- Lima juice – 10 ml
- Black rice soda – 120 ml

Dal Lake has his mysteries, but at quiet times of stillness, his whispers can be heard. In a cold morning, when the glass surface of the lake was born by a single wave, this cocktail was born.

- Blue Spirulina Mastiha – 10 ml
- Kafir Honey – 20 ml
- Pineapple juice – 60 ml
- Martini Extra Dry – 10 ml
- Lemon juice – 20 ml

Inspired by Rajasthan's deserts, those always changing sculptures carved by time and nature, 'Sands of Time' capture this lively landscape with saffron for the sun, dates and spices for ancient trade, and a delicate foam to reflect the bright heat of the desert.
