Masaba Gupta gets the nutrients she needs throughout the day with a hearty, balanced meal and healthy snack options.
Masaba Gupta has repeatedly shared her dietary preferences and the meals she prefers during different seasons. The celebrity enjoys healthy, handmade delicacies while also striking the right balance with her junk food cravings. In her latest post, Masaba shared what she eats on a daily basis. The designer gets the much-needed nutrients throughout the day with a hearty, balanced meal and healthy snack options.
Masaba starts her day at 6:30 am with warm water infused with saunf (fennel seeds) and jeera. She then has her breakfast around 9 am which consists of a bowl of Bircher Muesli with raspberries and blueberries. She also shared her post-workout meal which includes a post-workout protein shake to replenish her energy.
While busy with work and photo shoots, Masaba has a mid-meal snack. She chooses five soaked almonds and five walnuts, along with some chilled chaas (buttermilk).
Masaba shared a glimpse of her balanced lunch, which consists of aloo bhindi, chicken curry, rice, and sprout salad, which she eats around 1:00 p.m. In the evening, she has her afternoon snack, however, she did not reveal the name of the dish. For her dinner at 7:00 p.m., Masaba relished two boiled eggs with their yolks and some chicken broth. Sharing the reason for her unique choice of food for dinner, she said, “This is what I eat when I don’t want to think about what I’m going to eat or what I like, I’m not that hungry, but I have to eat because I need to get that protein.”
Although she indulges in nutritious food, she doesn’t ignore her cravings. She shared, “The 80/20 rule is golden for me. 80% of the time it’s great, nutritious food, and the rest of the time, BRING ON THE… because I love it all!” Most of her followers noted that her diet was simple and easy to follow and some also asked for recipes.
