Sabrina Carpenter has addressed speculation about her romance with Barry Keoghan.
The 25-year-old singer spoke candidly about dating in the spotlight in an interview with Rolling Stone published on June 17. Carpenter has been romantically linked to Keoghan since December 2023, with the salty burn The star even appeared in a recent music video for her new song, “Why Please Please,” in which she played his love interest.

“When I was younger, the one thing I always thought was: why would I date this person if I couldn't see myself marrying them? She just wouldn't even put energy into it. But now I have the mindset that there are relationships that need to be in your life, even if it's just for a couple of weeks,” she said.
