People with chronic kidney disease are at increased risk for severe restless legs syndrome. Eating foods high in vitamin C and vitamin E can help protect cells from damage. While these vitamins are good for your health, they can cause serious side effects when taken with certain medications.

Currently, there is no cure for restless legs syndrome. But besides vitamins, there are other ways to help you feel better. Your treatment will depend on the severity of your symptoms. It may involve taking vitamins and medications, or trying home remedies as advised by your doctor.
