Ingredients for semolina roti
Semolina – 1 cup
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Green chilies – 2 medium
Cilantro
grated coconut
Tomato – small size
cooking oil
Salt to taste
How to make semolina roti
Step 1: First, take a cup of semolina and soak it in water. After a minute, drain the water. Be careful not to end up spilling the semolina while pouring the water.
Step 2: Take the onion and cut it into small pieces.
Step 3: Cut the green chillies and tomatoes similarly.
Step 4: Mix them all together and add chopped coriander leaves to the mixture.
Step 5: Add the vegetables to the semolina and grate some coconut.
Step 6: Add salt to taste and mix well. Prepare the dough.
Step 7: Make sure the dough is neither too thick nor too thin.
Step 8: Put the tava on heat and pour a few drops of oil. Take a portion of dough and press it with your hands to shape it into a roti. Put it on the tava.
Step 9: Let it cook for two minutes.
Step 10: Flip over to cook on the other side.
Step 11: Take the dosa out of the protector and place it on a plate. It is ready to serve with sambhar or any chutney.
