Prince Harry 'won't come back unless William apologises' but would 'help' if King asks – Latest Royal Family News

Prince Harry stayed at the late Princess Diana's childhood home when he recently visited the UK for the funeral of his uncle Lord Robert Fellowes.

He was invited to Althorp in Northamptonshire by his uncle, the Earl of Spencer, The telegraph information.

Prince William was also present at the funeral, but the estranged brothers are said to have kept their distance.

Lord Fellowes, who was married to Diana's sister, died in July at the age of 82.

However, insiders told the Mirror that Harry, who turns 40 this month, will only do so on condition that Prince William apologises.

This comes after it was widely reported that Harry misses his old life in the UK.

Former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond said: OK! magazine that while Kate has enjoyed spending more time with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Princess Louis, her return to education will give her more time to rest while she continues to focus on her health.

The three children from Wales attend Lambrook School in Bracknell, which returns for the Michaelmas term today (4 September).

Harry, 39, was said to be keeping his distance from his brother Prince William but remained “in very good shape” on his surprise visit to the UK.

An anonymous attendee said People:“Most people were stunned when Harry came.

“He was in remarkably good form and he was obviously very happy to see everyone. And he was very happy to have come.”

Lord Fellowes, who was married to Princess Diana's sister, died in July at the age of 82.

Following claims that the Princess of Wales is “excited” to return to duty, a source close to the royal family said that Prince William is “quite anxious” about the prospect.

The informant added: Life and style“She’s the kind of person who’s happiest when she’s busy and working, so he’s very supportive of her, even if it stresses him out wondering if she’s getting involved again too quickly.”

A royal expert has claimed that the Duchess of Sussex will only return to the UK if she can “take on some of the jobs that Catherine has”.

This comes nearly four years after she and Prince Harry moved to California after stepping down as working royals, citing a desire for privacy and to live a more independent life.

Royal biographer Angela Levin said the Duchess is “jealous” of the Princess of Wales and wants a “big house and lots of money.”

She said GB News:“Meghan is not coming unless she can take over some of Catherine’s jobs.

“He once complained that he found it shocking that they weren't paid for everything they did. I think that would be a disaster.”

The opening of the Dyson Cancer Centre at the Royal United Hospitals Bath this afternoon was marked by a plaque to mark the occasion.

It was also an opportunity for the Queen to give an update on King Charles' own battle with the disease and said he is “doing very well”.

“I've only been there a short while, but everyone I've met, patients, family members, nursing staff and assistants, seem to be delighted.

The monarch took the opportunity to attend while enjoying his summer vacation with his family at the Balmoral estate.

Alongside the photographs, the Palace wrote: “This weekend, The King visited the Royal Horticultural Society of Aberdeen Flower Show at Duthie Park.

“To mark the 200th anniversary of the summer flower show, the King met exhibitors and members of the RHSA and viewed the floral displays, including vegetables entered in the competition by the Scottish Group of the National Vegetable Society.”

William, 42, created the award in 2021 to recognise people making an impact on protecting the environment and gives them £1m to help support their work.
