Michelin adds 15 restaurants to his California guide. 7 are in Los Angeles


Before the Michelin guide publishes its annual compendium of the best restaurants in California, the World Gastronomic Authority induces some of the new and notable places in the region, inviting the intrigue, celebration and speculation about what these inclusion will mean once the complete guide is launched. On Wednesday morning, Michelin added 15 restaurants to his California guide.

Almost half of them can be found in Los Angeles.

“This is a great motivation for all the hard work that the team has been doing,” said Johnny Lee, a chef-companion in Rasarumah.
