Malaika has already revealed some details of her workout routine, but she doesn't stop at inspiring as usual.

Malaika Arora often inspires her followers with her dedication to fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Her Instagram is the go-to place for fitness inspiration, where she regularly shares her dynamic workout routines. This time, Malaika took her followers through what she calls “the hardest abs workout you'll ever try.”

Sharing the video, Malaika wrote, “AB fab.” In the video, she is seen lying on the mat with her body slightly tilted to one side. Malaika rests one arm on the floor and raises the other hand above her head while raising her legs parallel to the floor. She then moves her body, bringing her torso and arm forward while raising one leg to form a V shape. The diva performs the exercise for a few reps before switching to the other side while holding a dumbbell in both arms.

For her workout session, Malaika opted for a white sports outfit, which included a sports bra and sports shorts. She tied her hair up in a bun for a fuss-free session. Abdominal exercises are good for building strength, relieving back pain and improving posture.

Moreover, this is not the first time Malaika has shared a sneak peek of her workout routine. Earlier, she posted a video of herself doing a handstand. Along with the video, Malaika highlighted the various benefits of the exercise. Her caption on the video read, “Handstand is great for strengthening the shoulders and arms, increasing concentration, improving blood flow to the head and eyes, improving body balance, relieving stress and anxiety, helping with hair fall, improving eyesight and detoxifying the body.”

Apart from her intense workouts, Malaika Arora is also consistent with her yoga sessions.

In another video, she can be seen performing Ashtanga Yoga Surya Namaskar. She begins by standing with her feet together and raising her arms above her head, bringing her palms together while looking at her thumbs. She then bends forward from the hips, holding the position for a few seconds, with her knees straight and her hands on the floor.

Malaika then jumps back, bends her elbows, lowers her body and moves into Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog) by lifting her hips. She then brings one leg forward between her hands and returns to the starting point. Then repeat the sequence with the other leg.
