The actress constantly motivates her followers to start the week with a workout through her #MalaikasMondayMotivation series. Recently, she took to Instagram to show off a simple shoulder mobility exercise. Dressed in a black sports bra and grey leggings, Malaika showed off the routine with a dumbbell, inspiring her followers to improve their fitness.

Simple shoulder mobility exercises help improve shoulder flexibility, reduce stiffness, and improve overall mobility of the shoulder joint, making them ideal for daily practice. Arora explains in the video that if you do this every day for 2 minutes, your shoulder pain and upper back pain will disappear.

During her latest Monday Motivation, the actress suggested the Cat and Cow Pose, also known as Hatha Yoga, to relieve back pain. In a step-by-step process, she showed how to execute the asana. Malaika began by inhaling, followed by taking the position by keeping her hands shoulder-width apart and knees under her hips. She then advised viewers to “exhale and come into the cow pose.”
