1. Half a cup of poha

2. A quarter cup of gram

3. Flour a cup of semolina.

Recipe

To make it, put poha, gram flour and semolina in a mixer jar and make a fine powder. Now put it in a bowl and add curd and water. Then keep it covered for 10 minutes.

After this, finely chop all the vegetables and keep them in it. Now add salt to it. Then put oil in a frying pan and put it on gas. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, lentils, curry leaves, cumin seeds, etc., and when it is roasted, pour it over the gram flour semolina solution and mix it. The sandwich without bread is ready.

Tips for making the perfect breadless sandwich

1. Make sure the batter is thick, otherwise the sandwich will stick and you will have to use it to make cheelas or appams.
